What is The Trevor Project?

The Trevor Project is the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ) young people. Please visit The Trevor Project to learn more.

 

What is the PRIDE Live in Color campaign?

Our PRIDE Live in Color Collection features the 25L Live in Color Artistry Palette and the Live in Color Brush Set. 100% of net proceeds from our PRIDE Live in Color Collection will be donated to The Trevor Project, a U.S.-based nonprofit corporation, during our Pride celebration.*

 

*Donation of 100% of net proceeds will be made to The Trevor Project from sales of the Pride Live in Color Collection during Morphe’s Pride celebration months, June through July 2019, or while supplies last. "Net proceeds" means, where the donation is paid in connection with the purchase by the donor of the 25L Live in Color Artistry Palette or Live in Color Brush Set, gross sales minus taxes, discounts and costs relating to the sale of this collection.

 

How do I donate to The Trevor Project?

You can support The Trevor Project by purchasing the 25L Live in Color Artistry Palette and/or the Live in Color Brush Set during our Pride Celebration (June – July 2019) and 100% of the net proceeds will be donated to The Trevor Project, a U.S.-based nonprofit corporation.* You can also donate to The Trevor Project by adding non-refundable AU $1, AU $3, or AU $5 increments to any purchase at checkout.

Are donations refundable?

No. Any incremental donations that are added to your purchase are not refundable.

 

If you have purchased a 25L Live in Color Artistry Palette or Live in Color Brush Set that is defective or damaged, this must be reported within 30 days of delivery or receipt of the order in person. If the product is deemed defective, Morphe will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer care for more details at au.info@morphe.com.

 

Do I have to donate to The Trevor Project?

No, donation is completely voluntary. 100% of net proceeds from our PRIDE Live in Color Collection will be donated to The Trevor Project, a U.S.-based nonprofit corporation, during our Pride celebration,* but customers are not required to make any additional donations if they wish to purchase the 25L Live in Color Artistry Palette or the Live in Color Brush Set. If you are unable to donate but would still like to show your support, please spread the word by encouraging others to check out au.morphe.com/pride and #MakeLifeColorful on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

How will my donation to The Trevor Project be used?

Donations made with the purchase of the 25L Live in Color Artistry Palette, Live in Color Brush Set, plus any additional donations made through au.morphe.com, will help fund The Trevor Project’s ongoing efforts to help save young LGBTQ lives, including:

  • Providing confidential crisis counseling to 80,000 LGBTQ young people this year
  • Cultivating a safe and supportive community for LGBTQ youth from around the world on TrevorSpace, Trevor's international social media platform
  • Training hundreds of volunteer crisis counselors to provide invaluable support to LGBTQ youth via text, chat, and phone

Do you offer free delivery / shipping?

We offer FREE delivery to AUS addresses for orders over AU $60 (after promotional codes). The order must total AU $60 after the discount is applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc. Spend less than AU $60, and delivery will cost AU $7 or AU $10 to New Zealand.

 

Delivery to international countries is a flat shipping rate of AU $15. Select countries of Asia and the Pacific Islands qualify for FREE delivery on orders over AU $100: Cambodia, China, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam

 

Do you accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express gift cards?

Yes, however because we have a secure cart checkout, your "billing" address must be verified. This means that you must register your Visa, Mastercard or American Express gift card online with the issuing bank including providing them your mailing address in order to use gift cards. Otherwise, your order may be declined even if the gift card is valid and active.

 

Why is a coupon code not working?

Coupon codes will not apply to discounted Morphe items, some collaboration items and non-Morphe products. Coupon codes have expiration dates.

 

I recently purchased an item online and now it’s discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due unforeseen issues. 

  

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit. If a product is defective or damaged, this must be reported within 30 days of delivery or receipt of order in person. If the product is deemed defective Morphe will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer care for more details at au.info@morphe.com.

 

Where can I find a Morphe store?

Currently, Morphe stores are only located in the United States. You can find the locations in our online Stockist feature.

 

If an item is "Out of Stock" online, is it out of stock at Morphe stores?

Online stock availability does not currently reflect availability at Morphe retail locations. Please note that we are unable to accept phone orders for delivery / shipment from stores.

 

Do you offer free samples?

We do not offer free samples at this time.

 

How do I cancel my order?

To serve you better, Morphe will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
